Questions about buying
What can I do with the free version?
Everything except a big export: add a whole shoot, sync it and check every clip in Clam Sync's timeline. Exporting is limited to 20 clips on 2 tracks. So you can see it work on your own footage before you pay.
Is Solo really a one-time payment?
Yes. You buy it once and keep it; there's no subscription. It includes a year of updates. After that, renewing for $49 a year gets you another year of updates. If you don't renew, nothing stops working: you keep every version released while you were covered.
How does the Project Pass work?
It unlocks everything for 90 days from when you buy it, then Clam Sync goes back to the free version. Your exported timelines keep working, of course. It doesn't renew by itself. If you buy Solo during the pass, or within 14 days after it ends, the $29 comes off the price: the app shows your code and fills it in.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes: a licence or pass covers two computers that you use, Mac or Windows in any mix. You can move it to a new computer at any time.
Can I get a refund?
Solo, yes: within 7 days of buying. The Project Pass and renewals aren't refundable unless something's faulty. See the refund policy. The free version is there so you can check it works with your footage and editor first.
Do you offer team or education pricing?
Yes: 50% off Solo for students and teachers (email us from your school, college or university address), and 15% off 3 or more licences. Get in touch.
