Refunds
Last updated: 20 October 2026
The free version lets you sync a whole shoot and check every clip before you buy, so please try it first.
If you buy Clam Sync and it doesn't work for you, you can have your money back within 7 days of buying Solo.
The Project Pass and update renewals aren't refundable, except where the law says so (see below). A pass is short and cheap, so try the free version first.
Email support@clamsync.com with your order number (it's in your receipt email). We'll refund in full through Lemon Squeezy, to the way you paid. Refunds usually show up within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
If something isn't working, tell us too: a diagnostic report often lets us fix it quickly.
The small print
- One refund per customer.
- When a purchase is refunded, its licence or pass is cancelled and stops working on every computer.
- If you upgraded from a Project Pass to Solo, a refund is for the amount you paid for Solo.
Your legal rights
This policy is on top of your rights under consumer law, not instead of them. Software you download starts working straight away, so the usual 14-day right to cancel online purchases ends when you start using it (you agree to that at checkout). If the software is faulty or not as described, you can still ask for a repair or replacement, or a refund, at any time the law allows, and this doesn't count as your one refund.
